Del total, 25 son de comercio minorista y 16 son restaurantes y cafeter\u00edas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En el marco de una estrategia para fortalecer y diversificar su oferta comercial, el Aeropuerto de Santiago anunci\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n de 41 nuevos locales durante este a\u00f1o. De ellos, 33 estar\u00e1n ubicados en la Terminal Nacional (T1) -en proceso de remodelaci\u00f3n, que concluye en el segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o- mientras que los ocho restantes se emplazar\u00e1n en la Terminal Internacional (T2).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Del total de espacios que se integran, 25 corresponden a tiendas de retail y 16 a establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos, como cafeter\u00edas y restaurantes. En conjunto, estos nuevos locales sumar\u00e1n un total de 4.940 m2 distribuidos entre ambas terminales: 4.242 m2 en la T1 y 698 m2 en la T2. La inversi\u00f3n proyectada para este proyecto, por parte de los locatarios, asciende a m\u00e1s de US$11 millones.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Entre las tiendas destinadas a gastronom\u00eda, se incorporan marcas reconocidas como Bonafide, Dunkin, Starbucks, Bar La Virgen, Krossbar, Tamarugo, Natoo y Fuente Las Cabras. Por su parte, en el sector retail, destacan las pr\u00f3ximas aperturas de Miniso, Doite, Bath &amp; Body Works, Blush Bar, Victoria\u00b4s Secret, Natura y Sunglass Hut, Piedras Australes, Avolta y La Cava del Pisco.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Las aperturas se suman a otros 30 locales que debutaron en 2024 y que, en conjunto, representan una inversi\u00f3n superior a los US$30 millones por parte de los desarrolladores.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>El Gerente General de Nuevo Pudahuel, Nicol\u00e1s Claude, afirm\u00f3 que el plan comercial del Aeropuerto de Santiago \u201capunta a entregar una oferta diversificada a los pasajeros, con un acento especial en productos locales y gastronom\u00eda nacional, lo que permite reforzar la identidad chilena de la principal puerta de ingreso del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AEROPUERTO DE SANTIAGO ABRIR\u00c1 41 NUEVOS LOCALES COMERCIALES EN 2025 De los comercios que se incorporar\u00e1n, 33 corresponden al renovado Terminal Nacional (T1) y otros ocho al Internacional.
