{"id":560,"date":"2024-11-24T18:26:37","date_gmt":"2024-11-24T22:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dtvaldivia.cl\/?p=560"},"modified":"2024-11-24T18:27:32","modified_gmt":"2024-11-24T22:27:32","slug":"es-ley-a-contar-de-tu-proximo-ciclo-de-facturacion-podras-ver-reflejado-planes-de-telecomunicaciones-mas-convenientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dtvaldivia.cl\/index.php\/2024\/11\/24\/es-ley-a-contar-de-tu-proximo-ciclo-de-facturacion-podras-ver-reflejado-planes-de-telecomunicaciones-mas-convenientes\/","title":{"rendered":"ES LEY: A CONTAR DE TU PR\u00d3XIMO CICLO DE FACTURACI\u00d3N PODR\u00c1S VER REFLEJADO PLANES DE TELECOMUNICACIONES M\u00c1S CONVENIENTES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ES LEY: A CONTAR DE TU PR\u00d3XIMO CICLO DE FACTURACI\u00d3N PODR\u00c1S VER REFLEJADO PLANES DE TELECOMUNICACIONES M\u00c1S CONVENIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>La ley N\u00b0 21.708, que establece nuevos deberes para los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones, ya fue publicada en el Diario Oficial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>El Servicio Nacional del Consumidor ya ofici\u00f3 preventivamente a las principales compa\u00f1\u00edas de telecomunicaciones del pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su despacho desde el Congreso Nacional, este viernes 15 de noviembre&nbsp;<strong>fue publicada en el Diario Oficial la ley&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariooficial.interior.gob.cl\/publicaciones\/2024\/11\/15\/43999\/01\/2570537.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>N\u00b0 21.708<\/strong><\/a>, que modifica la Ley del Consumidor, estableciendo deberes para los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>En concreto, la normativa establece que todos los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones deber\u00e1n informar,&nbsp;<strong>la existencia de planes que sean objetivamente mejores para el usuario<\/strong>, esto es, uno o m\u00e1s servicios al mismo precio o a un precio inferior, o los mismos servicios a un precio inferior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Es as\u00ed, como tras su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial, las opciones de planes m\u00e1s convenientes&nbsp;<strong>se podr\u00e1n ver reflejadas en la boleta de la pr\u00f3xima facturaci\u00f3n de ciclo<\/strong>&nbsp;de los servicios contratados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Esto, ya que la normativa establece que la comunicaci\u00f3n de esta informaci\u00f3n debe ser entregada en la boleta una vez que el plan haya entrado en servicio y tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1 hacer de forma complementaria a trav\u00e9s de correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por ejemplo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Si tengo un paquete de TV por cable b\u00e1sico contratado en 2021 por $25.000 mensuales, que incluye 50 canales. Con la normativa actualizada, podr\u00edan aparecer estos planes en la boleta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) $25.000 con 100 canales y acceso a un canal deportivo adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) $22.000 con 50 canales y opci\u00f3n de streaming de pel\u00edculas gratis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) $20.000 con 50 canales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>d) $18.000 con 50 canales, con una suscripci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de m\u00fasica incluida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Director Nacional del SERNAC, Andr\u00e9s Herrera, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cesta reforma busca que, en el caso de clientes que tienen contratados los servicios con una determinada compa\u00f1\u00eda,&nbsp;<strong>sea la misma compa\u00f1\u00eda de manera proactiva, la que les informe cu\u00e1les son los planes objetivamente mejores<\/strong>, sus caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas y\/o el precio de los mismos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Adem\u00e1s, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cpor lo tanto ac\u00e1, siendo una obligaci\u00f3n permanentemente de las empresas, no pueden omitir informaci\u00f3n de planes m\u00e1s beneficiosos, porque eso va a significar una infracci\u00f3n a la Ley del Consumidor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>El Servicio Nacional del Consumidor ya ofici\u00f3 preventivamente a las principales compa\u00f1\u00edas de telecomunicaciones del pa\u00eds:&nbsp;<strong>Movistar, Entel, Wom, Claro y VTR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>En caso de que llegue la boleta del pr\u00f3ximo ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n y no venga con la informaci\u00f3n antes explicitada, las y los consumidores pueden realizar sus reclamos directamente en SERNAC.cl, llamando gratuitamente al 800 700 100 o presencialmente en oficinas
